Thanks for the heads up. All Littmans are at a great price. May need to get one with the $ from extra shifts of late.I nurse who just grad. from my program said you need to buy the nursing kit but her steth. broke after a few days. I know I need a better quality so I can hear good. I heard crackles great with her Master Classic this AM.
