Do any of you work in acute care settings where the LEAN technology or thinking has not only been implemented but is part of your culture?

I am interested in hearing your viewpoint on the processes and have changes occurred that have given time back into the front line nurse's day.

I heard that LEAN is coming, but was not clued in on what it really is. I just see it (or anything presented before us) as another project that will annoy the heck out of us.
