interview...what to wear?

Tomorrow I have an interview for an externship and its at 1330. I get done with clinical at 1300 so that doesn't leave me much time to change from scrubs to something more business casual. I'm really stressing about this because I don't want to make a bad impression...any suggestions would be appreciated?

Re: interview...what to wear?

I have interviewed for a very professional position in scrubs. When they called me to schedule the interview I explained that due to time constraints I would be arriving straight from my job. However, I did dress up for the callback interview. I think if you explain that you are coming straight from clinical they will understand.
