Check out the International forum especially the sticky Primer to working in the USA Plenty of info there which should help you on your journey. There is retrogression on at the moment so would also recommend you read the threads on that. Be prepared that currently will take a while and gives you time to go through the requirments. You also need to decide on where abouts you want to live
