I work as a home health care aide for a woman that has ALS and who is on a ventilator...im so used to the sound of the vent every 5 seconds that when im at home im always "wait the vent isnt going off" lol

i think i need a job vacation

yes...you do!!!

Sort of like the time I told my husband "silence the alarm for a sec and hand me a suction cath" when my alarm clock when off ...
