Nope, but can you contact the clinic where you had the immunization done? Do you have access to an immunization hand book indicating the side effects?
The Australian Immunisation Handbook which is the "gold standard" used in our country lists the following:
Adverse events and precautions
Adverse events after hepatitis B vaccination are transient and minor, and include soreness at the injection site (5%), fever (2 to 3%, usually low grade), nausea, dizziness, malaise, myalgia and arthralgia. Fever can be expected in 0.6 to 3.7% of neonates immunised with hepatitis B vaccine.
Anaphylaxis has been reported very rarely in adults. Although various adverse events such as demyelinating diseases, Guillain-Barré syndrome and arthritis have been reported, there is no evidence of a causal relationship with hepatitis B vaccination.23 There have been a few reports of generalised febrile reactions attributed to yeast allergy, and exceptional instances of polyarteritis nodosa have been reported.
Adverse events related to components in the multivalent/combination vaccines are covered in the appropriate chapters."
Its a great reference by the way. Its free off the net. I know it isn't American and thus probably doesn't match your schedules, and of course would have some local differences, but who knows, you may find it interesting...
