Need Information - help for a patient with both idiopathic peripheral neuropathy and Factor 5 Leiden mut

Hi-
I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of an herb or any type of supplement that might help with peripheral neuropathy (idiopathic) that is NOT an anticoagulant. This patient also has Factor 5 and is on Jantoven.
