Help JP Drain or not????

Yeasterday at 1 pm I had a panniculectomy and hernia repair. I have 2 drains that the nurses were calling jp drains but they have hard tubes, can't be stripped or milked, just suction bulb. I just work up from a nap and the is a long stirngy blood worm in the bulb. I believe it was clotted blood in the tube that made it's way out in to the bulb, is this ok, normal?

Sorry. No one here is allowed to give you medical advice. You need to call the doctors office for any concerns. Good luck in your recovery.
