Hello

I didnt know were to post this but i wanted to post and say hello. I am new to nurseing and i am starting to go to school now for it. When I was a kid I always wanted to be a doctor and it was something i wanted to do forever. I have come to realize that nursing would be better for me. To be honest it intrests me and i think i would enjoy doing it. I am kind of scared in a way because i dont know if i could hanndle seeing so major injuries at all and would freak out but from my experiances so far that means nothing in a crisses situation.

see i was on the highway and a truck hit this car and it fliped over and hit the jersey barrier. imediately i slammed on my breaks and i dont know what happend all i know is im out of my car and breaking the window and cutting his belt to help him out. i stayed with him and let him use my phone to call who he needed to (his mom). the guy was fine with some scraps i tended to and a sling i made for his arm (boy scouts).

As a volentier firefighter i react to situations quick and sometimes without thinking. so i guess in a way i think at the moment i will forget about everything when its all going down.

so i already took my english 101 in college and well that all i have that will go to this new thing but i really would like this. the summer im taking a chem i need and my entry bio i need as well and other needed courses. i am excited and would like to proceed this.

my goal.... i hated hospitals and doctors when i was kid, i had to many experiances. i would like to help change that view for other and help others in need. Thanks for listening to me babble on 8-)
