Health psychology - communication

Dear Friends,

I am a senior, foreign-trained nurse who works in general wards and senior care roles in Australia. I am studying to appear for NCLEX-RN exam. I always have problem answering questions relating to 'Health psychology' (as practised in USA) given at the test. Can someone recommendme a good book or site where I could read on health psychology on nurse-patient-family communications? Looking forward to some good advice,
