Hawaii Nursing Jobs

I'm wondering if anyone here knows first hand about nursing jobs in Hawaii. I seem to get conflicting stories. I have heard some people say that there's a real demand there and other's are saying it's hard to find a job because of the travel nurses who temporarily work on the island. Does anyone here know?
