Food Fortification Program (Sangkap Pinoy Seal) of The Department of Health

hello everyone...
it's my first time to post here..
i just need your help guys...
i am a senior nursing student here in the Philippines.. one of my subjects now is nursing research...
our problem is about the food fortification program of the Department of Health here in the Philippines... the problem is that... even junk food has the seal that would say that, that food is fortified with vitamins. The consumers would tend to buy those junk food thinking that those are nutritious, right?
we're just starting... i need resources for the study's Related Learning Literature... i hope you could help me... thank you... God Bless...
