I have seen some incredibly cleaver qotes on this BB. Could I see them (again) and get some feedback on where they originated?

I finally got my one I intend to use. I got it from a fortune cookie the other day. Actually, my boyfriend got it but gladly gave it to me because it was more appropriate for me (okay so we switched fortunes). I am four years older then my boyfriend....
wo hoooooo!

Mine was in an e-mail sent by a friend. I loved it so it's now my signature quote.

Got mine at a site for quotes....found it surfin' the internet. Can't remember the name of the site.

By the way, speaking of fortune cookie quotes.....a friend in nursing school taught us that ALL fortune cookie fortunes are MUCH funnier when you add "in bed" to the end of it. Just thought I'd pass that tid-bit along. Enjoy!

hmmm, is this supposed to be a nursing or health specific quote? if so, i'm not sure it qualifies (although maybe it does, the more i think about it...)

If you cross your bridges before you come to them, you have to pay the toll twice.

And my fortune cookie one...
You are stronger than you think you are (in bed)

I really like this quote:
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not sure. . .

Got it from a recording musician's Bulletin Board.

No idea where this one came from....

If things get any better, I may have to hire someone to help me enjoy it!

I really like this one and I try to think of it when I'm dealing with my children-" An acorn has the power to become a mighty Oak, but it will never become a Redwood no matter how hard you push it".
