Question? - ever hear of the PES-NWI?

In reading a research article I came across the above term- The Practice Environment Scale- Nusing Work Index. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this scale? I did an internet search with no luck. It appears to measure how nurses judge their work environment and I really want to know more about this.
