Employee Health Benchmarking

I have recently become the Employee Health Nurse at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. We have a new administrator that is tossing around terms such as "benchmarking", "dash-boards", etc. Is anyone out there also an Employee Health nurse, and if so would you be willing to share what types of things you measure (benchmark?) for your Quality Assurance program? I have no clue where to start.
