Diffrence between Cardiology 3 & Master Cardiology?

What exactly is the diffrence? Apparently they both do exactly the same thing only the Cardiology 3 is approximately $30 in price. Would some helpfull person please inform me why you would pay extra?

Here is a link to a comparison page for the two. I love my Master Cardiology steth. I work in CCU, and need to hear sounds like clicks, etc., so it has been well worth the $.
