hey everyone
at my work they are doing a bonus program called the clinical ladder. i want to do it and i have a year to finish everything...but i have only been a nurse since july and theres a lot of things i dont know how im going to complete...

like for example. they want us to do a unit based project...i work in OB. i dont know what to do and im not that creative.

any ideas would be helpful.

basicially its to show our hard work outside of just working the floor.
