Question Book to Help With Charting

Can anyone recommend a book that I could buy at barnes and noble that would help me be better at narrative charting?

Re: Book to Help With Charting

Lippincott publishes a book entitled Charting Made Incredibly Easy.

There's also another book called Surefire Documentation.

Re: Book to Help With Charting

I have Chart Smart by Lippencott, and it is excellent.

Situations, such as "IV infiltration," are in alphabetical order. The situation is described, and a sample chart note is written. It's also a good review of what to do for each situation. It's nearly 500 pages.

Re: Book to Help With Charting

Charting Made Incredibly Easy can be found at most bookstores. I saw it on the shelves of Barnes & Noble about 2 years ago.
