sorry you didn't get any replies. I would repost this question in the Dialysis/Renal/Urology specialty forum, where we dialysis nurses hang out

P.S. Can't help with DaVita, I worked for the company that merged with them (and now in a hospital). But I'm sure others can answer your question!

Can not work in good faith for a company that would not support me on a physical threat from a patient. Please think about FMC.
