There is no age limit for transplant. Certain programs may put a hard or soft limit on age. There are kidney patients over 80 who have received kidneys. I am not sure about liver transplant or heart transplant. Each center will make a decision based on patient condition. There are very old 50 years olds and very young 70 year olds. Usually other co-morbid conditions are what prevent older patients from being transplant candidate.
