Any Nurses turn to Work at home Moms???

Just curious to know if there are any nurses out there who work from home temporarily while raising small children. I'm an L&D RN and I would love to be able to work from home---- what sort of nursing jobs or something related could a person do from home??? Any ideas are appreciated....

Well, I work in acute care, but I have seen ads for tele advice nurse and case management via computer/phone from home. Some of those have NOC hours, though.
