Yay! New Job!

Well I am moving on from Phase I. I pretty much learned all that I could there. On top of that the environment and working hours were terrible. I am set to start at a cancer center where I will be doing Phase II and III studies. Has anyone else made this transition. I know the basics of research, passed my CCRC exam, etc but I am sure that this is going to be a whole new ballgame. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
