reseach instrument - questionnaire

Hi everyone:
Thank you for your suggestions; I will be pursuing them. Meanwhile, I will love to get an instrument for research topic "schoolnurses' perception regarding their role in obesity prevention in schools". Ideas anyone? Thank you so much.

Re: reseach instrument - questionnaire

This topic sounds like it should be done using interviews or focus groups, and I doubt if there is an already designed instrument for it - it depends what you want to know about the topic as it has the potential to be huge!

ground theory vs phenomenenology studies

Anyone with good examples of the above studies. I can usually pick out the phenomenology studies "lived" experiences but sometimes get a little confused between the two. Thanks.
