Are you:
* Female?
* Between the ages of 40 to 50?

Have you:
* Not had a hysterectomy?
* Not been on hormone replacement therapy? (BCP's are ok).
* Not had a bone density test to diagnose osteoporosis?

Then you qualify for this study on the health beliefs of perimenopausal women and osteoporosis. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.

I will send a summary of research results once completed if you would indicate that to me with your name and address.
