How to get into Research Nursing??

Hi, I am really interested in getting back into research, but am not sure where to start. I did research during college, assisting one of my professors, but that was six years ago. I am not sure if I need to take classes first - and which classes I wouldn't know either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would also like to jump into Research but it seems to be very difficult.
