Help! Interested in Nursing Research

Help! I recently learned about nursing research and would very much appreciate any information about how to go about getting involved in this type of career. Any information about CRA's or even if anyone knows a recruiter it would be very helpful. I am a new RN-BSN and have been working as an OR circulator for close to a year. I want to make a career move to research, but I'm not sure where to start.

Thanks!

Re: Help! Interested in Nursing Research

What part of the country are you in? A great place to start looking is at research universities. You can also look at big pharma to see if they have any phase I openings. Phase I units are a great place to test the waters to see if you really like research.
