Calgary Family Assessment Model

Has anyone used the Calgary Family Assessment Model and do you know where I can accesss this model for use in practice? Thanks.

Wright, Lorraine M. & Leahy, Maureen. NURSES AND FAMILIES: A GUIDE TO FAMILY ASSESSMENT AND INTERVENTION. F.A. Davis Company: Philadelphia, 1984, Tenth printing 1991. ISBN 0-8036-9604-3

(There may be a newer addition).
This book contains the Calgary Family Assessment Model which consists of three major categories:
1.)Family Structural Assessment
2.)Family Developmental Assessment
3.)Family Functional Assessment
Each catagory contains several subcategories.

I'm using it at school, in the book you can see all the topics that you need to do the valoration of the family
