Question - Work in Australia for a french canadian nurse

Hi Guys!
Do I need to do a course or a special training for working in australia?

I did 3 years of nursing in cegep and then 3 years in university in nursing also. (RN BSC N) I'm a nurse for 8 years (I'm 30 years old). I did all my study in french so I know that I have to take the IELTS. I also know that I have to apply at the anmc and then at the nursing board.

What is the difference between the skilled visa and the sponsored visa? Is there one faster? or easier to get the visa?
