Want to Know All of You More

Hi!

I'm Jerika who is relatively new in the field of registered nurses. I'm from the Philippines and is wondering still if I'll immediately push through with going to USA having been graduated only in June 2006. Will it be advisable for me to practice first in my home country? Will it matter? Going abroad to work as a nurse is a dream-come-true for me. I shall appreciate receiving advice from anyone of you friends.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Jerika

Re: Wnat to Know All of You More

At the moment you are affected by retrogression. I would suggest having a good read on here and the Phillipine forum as I am sure you will get plenty of ideas. Just to mention at the moment it will be hard to get a visa for both the US and UK but the UK will last a lot longer as nurses have been removed of the schedule A list in the UK making it much harder to get a work permit
