Question What are the Application forms needed to be filled up for a petition?

Does anybody know what are the application forms needed to be filled up for a Petition to be processed? The agency im into told me that they already filed me such petition but I'm still in doubt about it. I haven't signed any contract. The only form I can remember is the immigration forms.

So again, Does anybody know what are the application forms needed to be filled up for a Petition to be processed?

Thanks so much for the reply!

Re: What are the Application forms needed to be filled up for a petition?

If you signed a paper giving them permission to act on your behalf, then they can do what ever they want. And if you did not sign a contract, why are they submitting a petition for you?

The immigration attorney does most of the work, it is more about documentation needed for the job with the I-140, it does not have anything to do with you in most cases.

But be careful as to who you give permission to when you are not sure of what they are doing. Not a good thing at all.

Is that the contract wherein the specified hospital is being stated? I mean I applied in an agency but they haven't said what specific hospital I'll be working in.
