Thanks for posting that. Exactly what I have been stating all along. Nice to have the US State Dept back me up on this.

And unfortunately, unscrupulous individuals are going to be coming out of the woodwork with their offers. Please be very careful in what you do and sign. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
