universities in US

guys, i was browsing google website and i've come across these universities
who offer any kinds of degrees you want by evaluating your life experiences. if you are successful you will be given diploma, transcript of
records and etc. there are many of them and they are accredited universities. do they get hired if they are looking for a job. some of them offer nursing degree which is detrimental to patients. i know academic records are evaluated before allowing someone to sit for the nclex.im just curious to know.anyone knows.

They are not accepted for nursing degrees.
