Already posted about this below.
It can help nurses, but again, know one knows how long that it will take, but it is definitely not going to be naything like unlimited visas for nurses for a certain number of years. That will never pass.

And until more visas are available, it will be a hard call. The recapped visas are being given over to all of those under the EB-3 category, not just nurses. And it includes dependents as well.
