hi every one,
my I-140was filed on oct 20 2006 in Texas centre almost 9 month back and still not been aproved,i have an account on USCIS web site and i daily check my status but always it shows its pending.when i asked my agency why there is delay they just gave me reassurance,one day i called to Texas centre but no body answered............
if any body knows any email address or any contact information of Texas centre please share with me so i can investigate why there is delay in my processing.

The Texas Service Centre processing dates updated on 15th September does not show the I-140 category at all. I guess this an error, dont know any other reason.

Those are the dates for which receipt notices were issued and are not indicative of the processing time frame.
