Thumbs up Re: Texas Service Center Tracker for I-140

hello, lawrence,

i received from nvc today notification that my case was forwarded to the embassy of my country. it was not an automated reply. it states that queries will be directed to the embassy.

considering that the mail got in just today, does that mean that i maybe included in the consular interview date ? was i allocated a visa number despite today's post of revised july visa bulletin?

thanks in advance.

Hey ilona, sounds good to me. When did you actually send the updated DS230 and how did you get the notification from NVC that your case was forwarded already to the embassy? You are from PI, right? thanks for replying.

sounds like your file has now been forwarded to embassy and may take a little while before you will recieve an interview. I know in the UK they say it can take up to 12 weeks from informed by NVC file forwarded to actually getting an interview. I would say it appears you have a visas allocated but I would wait and see what happens

Thanks ilona13 for replying. Kindly post updates on your case in the NVC-CP-GC thread where I think it is appropriate & you'll be giving valuable info to more nurses. All for God's glory!

Hi Ilona! May I ask to when did you submit the updated ds230 to the NVC? how long did it take for them to process it again. thanks!
