I-140=Oct 2,2006 received by USCIS

Approved=Jan 10,2007
NVC approval Notice=Jan 28,2007

Got EAD document December 18

It is EAD. Employment Authority Document which is issued while application for AOS (adjustment of status) is still pending.

here's mine that was filed at texas service center.


I-140 receipt date: july 7 2006
priority date: july 5 2006
approval notice: august 16 2006

my packet 3 still at NVC and completely reviewed but since there is a retrogression they cant send me packet 4.

hi i'm glad this thread was started.

receipt date: march 24, 2006
priority date: march 24, 2006(kinda confused why they are the same date with my receipt.. )
notice date: april 19, 2006
case code : SRC

my employer told me that my DS230 was forwarded to NVC last oct.2006. shouldn't i be receiving any notice from NVC that they have my documents?

I didn't receive any notice from NVC

yap me too i didnt receive any notice or mail from nvc that they received my documents. i called nvc last october thats why i knew that they already have my DS part 1-2 and other documents that i should wait for 2-4 weeks to completely reviewed my case.
