my husband graduated from the philippines and he is still there while i process his petition. he is applying to take the california board and he is stuck on how to pay for it. where can he get a money order in the philippines? how did u other fellow philippine graduates pay? by check or money order? help is greatly appreciated

im sure you have a bank account.. go to your bank and they will do draft. goodluck

you can go to any bank to get a bank draft just make sure it is done in US$
