I think the best way is to just limit yourself to a handful of States you would want to work and live and just go to their website and find out.
CGFNS has a table as a guide in their website but it is not accurate and they have a disclaimer that says so. Best way is still to just to go to your State BON/BRN's website and read their req'ts for foreign-educated nurses.
I am pretty sure there is only a handful of States you are considering.
