Question Spanish Language Resources

In order to better serve my Spanish-speaking patients (new to the area), I need to learn Spanish... quickly.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding specific resources? I am finding a million products "out there" and don't want to waste precious $$$ on inferior products.
