RN Licensure in Texas

Does any one know if Texas board of nursing requires CGFNS exam certificate before one qualifies to take the NCLEX-RN for registeration.

Re: Nclex-rn

Welcome

All requirements are on the Texas board of nursing website on what is required for foreign trained nurses. Have you actually had a look at their website?

Re: RN Licensure in Texas

You are unable to apply for the NCLEX-RN exam, an application does not exist for it. You are applying for licensure as an RN, and all information concerning that can be found on their website.

Edited title since there is no application for the exam, it requires approval from the BON.

Also closing this thread since it has been discussed multiple times over and over, we request that you check with the website first and then do some reading here.
