1.A nurse here in the Philippines I would like to take the
NCLEX-RN Exam for the state of VERMONT could you please tell me where I could find the application of this NCLEX exam and what are the requirements?.
2. Can i ask if the fingerprint card is still needed for the application
3. .Is the state of Vermont will send me the application package or they email me?please help im confused...........

Hi! you can download it from their website and fingerprint card is not needed in vermont. I've save the application form in my PC i'll try to send it to you just give me your email add. Goodluck.
