Exclamation Reschedule

please if any body can help me in this !!!

I've registered to take the exam in US but the not the date , and I've to change the plan , i want to take it in other country other than USA and not in its territories ,, is that possible ,,,, should i need to have another ATT

Yes, very possible. You have to call though if you want to change from US to an Int'l testing site. You do not need a new ATT. An applicant can cancel, re-schedule, change testing sites anytime as long as it is not less than 24 hours of the original appointment date.
