Good day to all!

I just got my ATT today from State of Vermont and also finished my registration with Pearson Vue and my next step should be to complete the “Request for Approval of Eligibility" card, but I can't find this card or form. Can you please help me with this.

huh?! request for approval of eligibility card? what's that. if you already have your att with you then that mean you are already eligible to sit for the exam. you only have to present your ATT and passport when you are in the testing site. that's it! since you already have your att, you can now schedule an appointment for your exam.

This is the actual instruction from the Vermont State Board of Nursing:

"6. Once your application is complete, and is approved, you (or the agency) will be notified that you
need to register with Pearson Vue. Once you have registered with the Service complete the
“Request for Approval of Eligibility” card and return it to the Office. The Office will notify the
testing service of your eligibility to sit for the examination. The testing service will then send you
an authorization to test card along with instructions regarding arrangements for scheduling at a
testing center. To check the status of your registration go to: http://www.pearsonvue.com/."........

Maybe its not an ATT yet, it's just that they notified me that my application is complete and that I can register with Pearson Vue, my problem still is that I cannot find this “Request for Approval of Eligibility” card or form.

yeah u dont have ATT yet...

maybe the request form is in the application packet. try to find it in their site. or send them an email for your query...

There should be a card with it...my friend did have one. Maybe they forgot but it's just a card that you have to put your name and address and send it back to them just to inform that you're registered with pearson. Maybe you can email or call them to inform that you're registered, it might save time than waiting for the card through mail from them again.
