I have passed CGFNS and IELTS and visa screen certificate and now in canada looking for employer in california to file my petition for green card .I would be grateful for any help and advice. I am wondering to stay in canada or move to state.As I am permanent residence here in Canada.

This is an old thread that you have posted on. Unless you are a citizen of Canada then currently looking at retrogression and a few years waiting. You will also find it easier to pass NCLEX before looking for an employer plus many employers at the moment are waiting to commit to foreign nurses due to retrogression

Moved your post since it was attached to a thread that was several years old and many things have changed since then.

Would definitely listen to what Anna has posted and take and pass the NCLEX-RN before you even look for an employer. You are looking at several years at the earliest to be able to have a chance at a green card.
This is no longer a guarantee when you pass the exams and even have an employer to petition you. There is a retrogression in place right now, so there are no green cards available.

And the TN Visa that is avaiable to Canadians only applies to those that actually hold Canadian passports, permanent residents are not covered by it.
