Hi. Welcome to allnurses.com. You can go to https://www.ncsbn.org/515.htm and locate VT's official website (http://www.vtprofessionals.org/opr1/nurses/) and search for Foreign nurse application on the lower left bottom of their website for instructions and complete downloadable forms.

There is no f.printcard/background check needed as additional req't nor an english exam for application.

plus there are search facilities with each forum and can even do search on all forums as well.

And let me throw this in, where do you plan to work? If not planning to work in Vermont, it may take you longer to endorse to the state where you wish to work, than going thru there for initial licensure in the first place.
