Depends on if your school actually sent the full set of transcipts to CGFNS, or just filled out that one form which is acceptable for the exam. If they sent a transcript, then you okay. And also depends on how long ago that the information was sent, if over two years ago, then it will need to be resent.

NCLEX-RN exam has reciprocity, a nursing license does not. It will involve applying to a state for License by Endorsement, and having your credentials accpeted by them.
Vermont does not require the CES or the CGFNS exam, but if you are going to endorse to another state, you need to check out what their requirements are. Most want the CES, and will require that even for endorsement.
That is why you need to take into account what your final goal is, if you have too many other steps to do, then it is not any faster going the Vermont route.

Why are you using Vermont for initial licensure? Not sure what the big rush if for there. It still takes about one month for license to be issued from there. Are you planning to work there?
Just ansswer the question with what you are being asked. It is asking if you owe any child support, you do not. It is asking if you owe any taxes to VT, you do not, etc.

Hi mS. Suzanne,
I received this letter earlier. (and i am so excited!!) Does this mean that I can now register to PEarson Vue although I will just be sending my application this week? It got delayed because I have problems as to where I can get money order to pay for the Fingerprint card processing. So I just ask my sister to buy one for me and also mai it for me. (She sent me MO 2 months ago. Until now I haven't received it so what I did was I told her that it would be better if she's the one to send it together with my application).
-----here's the letter/ email----
Your Transcript has been evaluated and meets NM board requirements. You can go ahead and submit the fingerprints and application to the board. Don't forget to register with Pearson VUE also for ATT and exam date. You can register online or by phone. http://www.ncsbn.org/ or 1.866.293.9600

Re: Questions for Suzanne4

Hello Suzanne,
I've posted a thread in International forums and it seems like no one dared to answer my questions. LOL! Anyways, here it goes. My situation right now is more of a dilemma to me. Btw, I'm from the Philippines. I received my visa three weeks ago and am planning to go directly to California and wait for my IP instead of staying here in the Philippines. But when I told my employer about my plans, he told me to just wait for their word on when will be the right time to go to US. They said that they have to fix some issues with the US embassy here so as not to complicate things. They told me that once I pursue with my plan on going to US, I will be denied at the port of entry. My question is that, what will happen to me when my visa expires and I wasnt able to go during the validity date of my visa? Will it be possible if I look for other employers before my visa expires? Will I be denied of entry if I go to US now? I have successfully complied with all their requirements for employment but this is not my problem anymore, it's my employers. What shall I do Ms. Suzanne? Please help me. Please.

Hello Suzanne, im new to this forum...ive a question.
Im a BSN grad from the Phils, and just passed the NCLEX-RN for California last April 10. I am done with IELTS and now I wonder how to do the Visascreen. My question is, since i never took the local boards, i dont have a license in the phils...and CA wont issue me a license yet either...I dont have an SS number. Does this necessarily disqualify me from getting a visascreen since I dont have any licenses and cant submit anything on the form asking about those? If not, what am I to do? (Submit a blank form?) I badly need your help...thank you Ms. Suzanne. Am very nervous about his and appreciate your reply.

Hi Suzanne,
First let me say thank you for all the excellent advice that you have been giving. I did not proceed with signing up with an agency based primarily on your comments on the problems with agencies. I have since accepted a job offer from a hospital in AZ (direct hire). They will be filing my I-140 soon.
What I would like to ask is this - when in the process can an application be affected by a retrogression? All the news seem to say that the schedule A visas will be used up by the beginning of next fiscal year (?October 2006). If the I-140 is filed before the retrogression is announced, does that mean that that petition will not be affected by it? This is the opinion of some of the writers I have read. However, others are saying that the petition is not "safe" until the NVC approves it or even worse, when the embassy issues an appointment. Which do you think is correct?
