Guys, it is more practical to send complete documents to your lawyer rather than sending just a few of the requirements and waste your time waiting.. The NVC will declare it to be incomplete. The requirements were already tackled in this forum. Make sure, all the documents including the pictures are the recent ones. My mistake was, I did submitted a photo taken last january. After a month of waiting, the NVC requested me a new one. So as to save your time, make sure all the requirements are updated... "update your nbi, ds 230, passport, photos"

hi...the NVC received my documents last may 28 and they will review it in 2-4 weeks time.hope we can still make it.
I was able to get the checklist request from the operator since April and sent my complete documents to my lawyer at once.They initially sent the DS230 only(?) I dont know what happened why it took them too long to resubmit my other documents.I do hope we can still make it for the july-august interview..Lets keep our fingers crossed..

My documents was received by the NVC on May 23rd. This morning ,I called the NVC expecting the review to be incomplete because my lawyers legal assistant submitted only my updated DS230. But, I was shocked because the AVR says " this case was completed on May 30th, 2008.....". I dont know why because as I follow the thread on this forum all submitted updated nbi,pic,.... Maybe I am one among the 'lucky ones'. Thanks God.

hi guys! my pd is feb 2006. my docs were received last may 27 by nvc. I called up nvc and found out that my case was already completed last may 30. It only took 3 days for nvc to review my docs. by the way, it's my 3rd time to be case completed. I just hope and pray that there are still visas left for all of us. i'm keeping my fingers crossed!
