Hi. it's been already on the 4th week that the NVC avr says that a letter was mailed on July 2007,.....I called the nvc last week and spoke with the call agent and he told me that the letter was actually mailed last week. So, as of this day the letter is on it's 3rd week. When I asked what are the documents that I need to update , he says it's the ds230.

I am hoping that my lawyer will receive the letter today or within this week... Still hoping for the best! Goodluck.

No development neneng, i called NVC last nyt, its the same mesage.."The NVC has mailed the letter July 2007 blah blah". I emailed them though, they said they are waiting for my updated ds230.. i already sent my updated docs to my agent in the u.s., i dont know if my lawyer has received the "new" letter though. i have been "case complete" twice, i hope this time, it will be "really complete". hehehehe

I think guys those with current pd should relax. We have nothing to do if the papers are in NVC nor the agency or any petitioner can do magic on it. Let's just be contented that our case is current.

You're right Yajrn. Let's just be thankful our pd is current. let's take it the positive way, just as what I've read from the other forum, what is waiting for another 3 or 4 months when we have waited this far. I do not expect for now but I hope we could get through this, my nclex will expire by december, anyone who knows what to do in order to ask for extension? Whom will I address the letter? I have to write the CA BON regarding this because I dont want to take the exam all over again..hehehe. Still hoping for the best. God bless us all
