The official VB has not been published yet by the DOS on their website and since it is already the end of the work week, it will prob. not be published officially until Monday (US time).

Hi,
My pd is Feb 06. Been completed twice already at the NVC ( oct06 and July 07).Accdg to the nvc , the letter for my lawyer was already mailed about 2 wks ago,I am just wondering why it is taking so long . Hope the nvc will move fast now, because I dont want to be caught again by retro for the 3rd time.

neneng: i t hink will be cought again this time... if the june vb has no signs of progress for eb3 this means that they are again backlog with lots of applicants so they need to stop the forward movements of the vb to accomodate the ones that are already qualified... too bad.. im really depressed with wats going on...

YAJRN: what is the date of your PD? Mine is March 23, 2006... do u think they will process my case even if the NVC VB says MARCH 1, 2006? I got the email from NVC that they need addtional docs (dsc230++...) for my case. This could only mean that they already checked my status. What I'm wondering if they will include cases after March 1 to 31 in the processing. Considering that they already send out the request for addtnl documents....
