To those cases who are already documentarily qualified, I have learned that some had their interview dates through their lawyer and from NVC inquiry through email even if the NVC automated response hasn't change.

Hi ..responses of the NVC are so confusing..I talked with my lawyers and they said that they already gave the required documents last week of april.I contact NVC last may 3 and automated response said that they already received the checklist response then just today I again contact them and it says incomplete or missing documents.I talked with a representative and told me they did not receive all our DS230...WHEW!!! I dont really understand what"s going on???
any comments...anyone.

It means that something did not make it to your file. You need to speak with your attorney as they are the ones that will be contacted.

Just because everything was sent in, does not mean that all of it reached your file.

And we have seen similar things happen with nursing licensure as well. Just because something is sent,also does not mean that it was ever delivered.

Your attorney is going to need to follow up on this for you.
